The few that do them and do them well seem to have overnight success! I feel as this read may be a good refresher and shine new found energy to aid to the restaurant I run. My Grandpa was my best friend. He passed when I was 18, however many of his stories made possible by his values I was always glued to his ear -later on in life recognizing it was his wisdom that I was drawn to. Listening to all of what makes up a good story or life lesson and how all played a part or was completely accountable for a success or failure or whatever the story may lead one to. I can not wait for this copy! Any other good reads? I have the opportunity – maybe – if I am able to structure a deal righr to buy a seven store franchise company that the current owner has operated for 30+ years. I love the processes and the perfecting of them, along with grooming a very eclectric front line that welcomes, educates, sells and maximizes profits while being the upmost considerate of our guest’s needs in the most friendly and clean environment while being playful and lotz of smiles among the business taking place!
